William J. Wingo

William J. Wingo,  58, of Petoskey, passed away on August 11, 2023.

   He was born on July 6, 1965, in Boyne City, the son of Jack and Kathleen (Vincent) Wingo.

   He enjoyed racing video games, computers, and sight seeing around northern Michigan, especially the Sleeping Bear Dunes.

   Surviving are two children, Elora Wingo and Joseph Wingo as well as an uncle Charlie Vincent all of Charlevoix.

   He was preceded in death by two brothers Jack and Terry Wingo and his parents.

   The family will be holding a private Memorial Service with the Charlevoix Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.

   Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

   Arrangements are in the care of the Charlevoix Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
