William "Bill" Whippo

Willam “Bill” Whippo, 64, of Charlevoix, formerly of Lake Orion, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 25, with his family at his side.  He was born on June 28, 1959, in Allegan, Michigan, the son of Charles and Christena (Ness) Whippo.

Bill was a Plumber and Electrician by trade. He loved being on the water in his antique boat. Bill loved life, family, and friends. He enjoyed winters in Florida.

He was the beloved brother of Charles (Pat) of Florida, Tim (Linda) of Charlevoix, Larry (Wendy) of Cheboygan, and Roxanne (Larry) Fons of Lake Orion. He cherished his 6 nieces and nephews, and also enjoyed 9 great nieces and nephews.

Bill’s parents, Charles and Christena Whippo, are deceased as well as his brother, Chris Whippo.

Per Bill’s wishes, there will be no services at this time.  Remember the good times.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to your favorite charity.
