Velda Voelker
Velda M. Voelker, 94, of Bellaire, formerly of Birch Run, passed away on Dec. 19, 2014 at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility. Services will be handled at a later date with the O'Guinn Funeral Home in Birch Run. Local arrangements were handled by the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
