Thomas "Tom" Powers
On Tuesday, May 7, 2024, Tom Powers passed away at home with his loving wife by his side. Born June 14, 1958, Tom married his high school sweetheart Deb Schneemann on April 28, 1979, and created a loving family that included his daughter, Jenny (Jesse) and his son, Greg. Eventually, their family grew to include his beloved grandchildren, Sam and Georgia. Tom always believed his greatest accomplishment was his wife, children, and grandchildren whom he cherished completely.
The family members who will greatly miss him are his three brothers, Tim (Lynn), John (Kathleen), and Joe (Cyndi); and his sister, Becky, as well as his sister-in-law, Sandy (Tom), and his brother-in-law, Frank (Brenda). Tom has many adoring nieces and nephews who will also miss their fun uncle. His non-blood brothers who were also very important to him are Tim Alverson, Rick Helgren, Jeff Robitaille, and Carl Wesolek.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Tom's honor on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the ASI Community Center at 102 Maple St. Bellaire, Michigan, 49615.
