Thomas Pratley II, 62, of Bellaire, passed away on February 10, 2024. He was born on April 28, 1961, the son of Thomas and Marilyn Pratley.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy, one daughter, Rachel Pratley of San Francisco, CA, one brother, Jimmy Pratley of New Orleans, LA, one sister, Diana Pratley of CA.
