Richard Riley

RICHARD K. "RICK" RILEY 52, of Mancelona, passed away suddenly on Wed., June 11, 2008. Rick was born on Feb. 14, 1956 in Wyandotte, Michigan, the son of William and Inize (Tuttle) Riley. Rick was a loving father and devoted Papa to his grandchildren. He was employed by the U.S. Postal Service for many years and was an avid karoke singer, loved sports and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Riley, 3 children, Misty (Rich) Riley of Central Lake, Rick (Jenny) Riley of Mancelona, Tasha Riley of Mancelona, 6 grandchildren Joey, Justin, Ryan, Alexis, Jacob and Emily. He is also survived by his mother Inize Miller Riley, 2 brothers, Keith and George Riley, 2 sisters, Sheila Chittum, Sherleena Nickell, a special uncle Kanawha Tuttle and much extended family living in Michigan and southern Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father William Riley. Funeral services will take place on Tues., June 17, 2008 at Eleven a.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Pastor Ross Corne and Pastor Mark McCool will officiate. Visitation will take place on Mon. from 4-8 p.m. also at the funeral home. Burial will take place next to his father in Jackson, Ohio.
