Peggy Bisard

Peggy Jean Bisard, 82, of Mancelona, formerly of Virginia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at home surrounded by loved ones.  She was born on December 10, 1942, in Lexington, TN.

Peggy's family has chosen to celebrate her life privately at this time.
