Mark Edward Bishaw

Mark E. Bishaw, 58 of Central Lake, died suddenly January 25, 2024.  He was born April 25, 1965 in Charlevoix the son of John and Irene (Pruitt) Bishaw.

   Mark enjoyed stock cars and Nascar racing. He especially enjoyed his time working with his brother on his race car.   He worked on all sorts of  cars and enjoyed fixing anything with a motor.  Mark loved to tell jokes and could often be found reading a good book.  He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, being outside and mushroom hunting too.

   Surviving are his children Nicholas (Amanda) Bishaw with their children Azriel, Sophia, Liliana, and Sean; Jenniffer (Benjamin Richter) Bacon with her children Micheal, Emmett, and Jax; Gregory Bishaw; sisters Ronna (Rex) Whetstone, Candy Bishaw, brother Danny Bishaw, and several nieces and nephews.   He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Timothy Bishaw.

   Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes at 1 p.m. with visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of service.  A luncheon will follow at Grace Community Church. Spring interment will take place in Ellsworth Cemetery, Banks Township.
