Margaret M. Dennis

Margaret M. Dennis,  84, of Central Lake, passed away on September 14, 2025.

   Marge was born on December 9, 1940, in Detroit, the daughter of Joseph and Mildred (Jablonski) Ferguson.

   Prior to retirement, she worked at General Motors, Fisher Body as well as the General Motors Tech Center.

   Upon moving to Northern Michigan, she became a member of St. Luke Catholic Church as well as the Central Lake Lioness Club.

   She enjoyed gardening, traveling in her RV, downhill skiing, music and singing.

   Surviving are a brother James (Teresa) Ferguson of Bellaire, sister Joan (James) Grenda of Grosse Pointe, MI, 2 nephews, Jay Grenda, Matthew (Shiree) Ferguson, great-niece Lillee Ferguson, and a great-nephew Joseph Ferguson.

   Preceding her in death were her husband Robert H. Dennis, nephew Christopher Ferguson as well as her parents.

   Visitation will be on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 4-6 p.m. with a Rosary at 5:30 at St. Luke Catholic Church in Bellaire.

   Funeral Mass will be on Monday, September 22 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until beginning of of Mass.

   Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke Catholic Church.

   Arrangements are in the care of the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
