Lisa Irena Myas

Lisa Irena Myas,  51, of Bellaire, passed away on April 19, 2022.

   Lisa was born on December 21, 1970, in Detroit.

   She enjoyed flower gardening and had a special love for children so decided to start "Little Tykes Day Care" in Bellaire operating it for many years.    She touched so many children through the years and was able to watch them grow into adults.   

   Surviving are 6 children, Adam Prosser of Grayling, Josh Myas of Traverse City, Brendan Myas (Laura Clark) of Bellaire, Jilian Myas of Bellaire, Eric Myas (Trish Lang) of Bellaire, Kenny Myas (Shannon) of Mancelona and many other extended family members and friends.

   Preceding her in death were her parents.

   A viewing will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022 from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. at the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.

   At 2:00 p.m. there will be a casual time for sharing memories.

   Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

   Arrangements are being handled by the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
