Lewis Harvey, Sr

Lewis A. Harvey Sr, 93, of Mancelona, passed away December 3, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 8, 1919 in Frederic, the son of Alexander and Susan Harvey. Lewis was a full time minister at the Mancelona Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. His pride and joy was ministering with his wife, Mary. On October 1, 1988 in Grayling, Lewis married Mary who survives. Also surviving are his children, Ellen (guy) Williams of Boyne City, Lewis Jr (Rose) Harvey) of Alba, Mark (Shawn) Harvey of Traverse City and Jack (Amy) Dunn of Madison Heights; 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and many special friends from the Kingdom Hall. A memorial service will be Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Bellaire Senior Center with Richard Schoder officiating.
