Leila Webb

Leila “Jane” Webb,  94, of Central Lake, passed away peacefully, on January 30, 2020 at her home with her family by her side.  Jane was born on January 28, 1926, in Hazel Park, MI, the daughter of Harrison and Pearl (Hill) Churchill.

Jane was active in the Royal Oak community for many years prior to retiring to Central Lake where she remained active in several community groups.

She is survived by 4 children, Bert (Cheri) Webb of East Jordan, Bill (Jeanni) Webb of Central Lake, Larry (Vicki) Webb of Noblesville, IN, Lucy Kapur of West Bloomfield, a daughter-in-law Dianna Webb of Casper, WY, 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband R.J. Webb, a son Dick Webb, her parents and several sisters.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with Pastor Gary Bekkering officiating.  Visitation will be from 12 noon until the time of services.  Burial will take place in Dunsmore Cemetery, Echo Township when weather permits in the spring.
