Kenneth Bronson

Kenneth John Bronson, 80, of Mancelona, passed away on January 22, 2026. He was born on January 29, 1945, in Standish, the son of Kenneth and Ethel (Akey) Bronson.

Ken enjoyed the outdoors, specifically being at the lake fishing. When he was not fishing, he had a passion for woodworking and reading. He was a man of God who dedicated many years of service to his church.

Surviving him in death are two children, Dustin (Marla) Bronson of Fruitport, Tamara (Jeff) Mahloch of Deforest, WI; companion of ten years, Linda Olds; one brother, Ralph Bronson of Bayport; one sister, JoAnn Bittel of Southgate; and two grandchildren, Riley Mahloch, Nathan Maloch, both of Manitowoc, WI.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Bronson, and his parents.

A funeral service will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, at the Mancelona United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at noon.
