Kelly Lee Morris, 64, of East Jordan, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on April 2, 2026. Kelly was a beloved son, brother, and friend who touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him. He will be greatly missed.

Kelly was born on July 29, 1961, in Bellaire, Michigan. He graduated from High School in 1979 and joined the Army in 1982. He served as an Infantryman and was stationed in South Korea. After returning home from the Army, Kelly would spend the rest of his life in East Jordan.

Kelly was known as the social one of the family. He always wore a smile and would take the time to talk to anyone. He was active and spent numerous years playing softball. He loved the outdoors, and could be found hunting, fishing or mushrooming any chance he could. He always had a good story to tell.

Kelly is survived by his parents Delwin and Gloria (Richards) Morris of East Jordan; siblings Kim (Paul) Steffen of Port Washington, Wi, Randy (Michelle) Morris of East Jordan, David Morris of East Jordan, Tracy Morris of Ash, NC; Nephews and Nieces Jordan (Jamie) Steffen, Alex Steffen, Kelsey (Kevin) Vincent, Stefani Morris, Brittany Byard, Cody Thayer, Paige (Dave) Tocci, Leah Morris, Melissa Morris, Sammy Morris, Sawyer (Stolas) Morris; Ex wife Alice LaVanway, her son Dennis LaVanway; and several aunts, uncles and cousins that he truly cherished.
