Jeremy Paul Jakobowski

Jeremy P. Jakobowski,  47, of Central Lake, passed away on August 12, 2023.

   He was born on February 28, 1976 in Pontiac, MI, the son of Michael and Carol (Brewer) Jakobowski.

   Jeremy was an avid sports fan, especially golf and all Detroit professional sports teams.   But the most important part of his life was his family.

  On June 5, 2004, in Central Lake, he married Sherri Lynn Snyder who survives.   Also surviving are 3 children, Michael, Connor, Hayley, a step-son Logan, his parents Michael and Carol Jakobowski of FL,  and 2 brothers, Scott Jakobowski of East Jordan, and Nicholas (Stacey) Jakobowski of Bellaire.

   A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, August 22nd from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.  A Celebration of Life will follow at his home and all are welcome to join.
