Jeffery John Norman Tweedie,  41, of Bellaire, passed away on February 6, 2022 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.   

   Jeff was born on April 17, 1980, in Traverse City, the son of John and Henrietta (Vanderlaan) Tweedie.

   He was in heating and cooling for many years.  In his yonger years he worked with his father for A & R Services then later on with D & M Heating and Cooling.  He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing, ice skating and hockey.

   Surviving are his mother Henrietta (Tom) Fabatz of Grawn, sister Jennifer Tweedie of Gaylord, niece Brittany Jeska of Gaylord, nephew Blake Lanning of Waterford, MI, a great-niece Kiara Beasley of Gaylord, step-brother Thomas (Stephanie) Fabatz of Grawn, step-sister Haylee Smith of Interlochen, several step nieces and nephews, his wife Vicki Baird, step-children Caleb and Kaylin, step-mother Carol Lanning of Mancelona as well as his beloved dog Cayle.

   He was preceded in death by his father John Tweedie.

   A celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bellaire Senior Center.

   Memorial contributions may be made to the Gift of Life, 3861 Research Park Drive, Ann Arbor, MI,  48108-2217.

   Arrangements are being handled by the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
