Jeffery Howard Grody

Jeffery H. Grody,  59, of Mancelona, passed away suddenly, on April 14, 2024.
   Jeff was born on May 21, 1964, in Grand Rapids, MI, the son of Gordon and Catherine (Morningstar) Grody.
   He was a "people pleaser" and loved the outdoors, especially hunting, camping, fishing, and cookouts.   He also had a love for music and playing the guitar.
Surviving are his mother Catherine (Louis) Scholl of Mancelona, siblings, David "Bud" Grody of Mancelona, Rich (Garnet) Grody of Mancelona, Gordon Grody of Mancelona, Jakie (Nancy) Grody of Kalkaska, Angela "Angie" (Dave) Barnes of Rockford, MI, Catrina (Shawn) Norton of East Jordan, Claudette (Andy) Brooks of East Jordan, Courtney (Vincent) Cerda of Gaylord, James (Sherilyn) Scholl of Saginaw, Ed Scholl of Traverse City, Mike Scholl of Traverse City, Mark Scholl of Mancelona, Kelly Burghardt of Bellaire,  Kim Rupright of Central Lake and many nieces and nephews.
   He was preceded in death by his son Dustin M. Brice and his father Gordon "Jake" Grody.
   A Celebration of his Life will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at 6022 Satterly Lake Road, Mancelona, MI,  49659.
