Jeannie Iser

JEANNIE ISER 52, of Mancelona, died on Thur., June 5, 2008 at her home following a long, courageous battle with cancer. Jeannie was born on March 12, 1956 in Flint, the daughter of Richard and Mary Ann (Jones) Iser. Jeannie was a resident of Mancelona for many years and is best described as a person who "loved life" and wanted to make others happy. She enjoyed spending time with her family as well as her dog Yagger. Jeannie also enjoyed Nascar Racing, fishing, shopping, crafting, snowmobiling and the sunshine. She is survived by a daughter Crystal (Bill) Smith of Mancelona, her lifelong companion Tom Bradley of Mancelona, her parents Dick (Mary Ann) Iser of Mancelona, two brothers, Bill Iser of Flint, Rick Iser of Mancelona, a sister Bonnie (Scott) Crandall of Bellaire, a special aunt Jonnie and uncle Paul, several other aunts and uncles, cousins, friends and a nephew Adam Crandall. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. The family wishes to thank Dee Lynch of the Alden High Tea for Breast Cancer for all that she has done for Jeannie. A celebration of Jeannie's life will take place on Mon., June 9, 2008 at One p.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
