Jackie Sue Hosler

Jackie S. Hosler, 78, of East Jordan, passed away on May 21, 2022 at Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord.

   She was born on July 3, 1943, in Lansing, MI, the daughter of Omer and Ruth (Bland) Everett.

   Jackie’s greatest love was visiting with friends and family.   She also enjoyed walking her dog, playing bingo and taking road trips to see the countryside.

   Surviving are 6 children, Betty (Greg) Smith of Merana, AZ, Melissa (David) Arnold of Arbondale, FL, Stewart (Dorothy) Warrington, Jerry (Marsha) Hosler, Frank Hosler and Veronica (Bill) Watros all of East Jordan.

   Also surviving are a brother Jim McPherson of AZ, 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

   Preceding her in death were her husband George Hosler, 2 children, Rose Buckner, Kay Donnelly, 2 grandchildren, Matt Warrington, Tommy Watros, 5 siblings, Eldon, Bonnie, Roy, Lewis and Jean as well as her parents.

   Funeral services will take place on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 12 noon at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with Pastor Kimon Criner officiating.   Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.

   Private burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in South Arm Township.

   Memorial contributions may be made to the Charity of the donor’s choice.
