Harold E. Watson

Harold E. Watson,  72, of Mancelona, passed away on August 16, 2025 at Munson Medical Center.

  He was born on October 7, 1952, in Gaylord, the son of William and Deloris (Martin) Watson.

   Harold loved vehicles and animals, especially wolves and horses and in his younger years he enjoyed fishing.

   Surviving are his daughter Darcy (Jamie) Novak of Stoneville, NC,  4 grandchildren, Kila (Michael) Bullins, Ethan Novak, Trenton Novak  and Karissa Novak all of Stoneville, NC, a great-granddaughter Aleigha Bullins,  2 brothers, Bill Watson,  Bob (Sandy) Watson as well as a sister Ethel Franklin all of Mancelona.

   He was preceded in death by a sister Terry Jean Watson and his parents.

   No services are planned.

   Memorial contributions may be made to any Rehabilitation Center for drugs and alcohol of the donors choice.

Arrangements are in the care of the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
