Glenda Sue Wagner

Glenda Sue Wagner,  80, of Central Lake, passed away on April 16, 2026.

   Sue was born on September 28, 1945, in Detroit, the daughter of George Sr. and Bertha (Young) McIntyre.

   She was a long time elementary teacher with Central Lake Public Schools.   She enjoyed playing cards, reading, birdwatching but most of all spending time with her family, especially her 3 grandsons.   Those boys were the center of her life.

   Surviving are a daughter Elissa (Keith) Shafer of Central Lake, 3 grandsons, Riley, Braden and Greyson Shafer all of Central Lake as well as Tom Wagner.

   Preceding her in death were a brother George McIntyre and her parents.

   No services are planned.

   Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Lake Public Library or to the Central Lake Amvets.
