Gayle Hansen

Gayle A. Hansen, 83 of Bellaire died Sunday, October 17, 2021.  She was born April 3, 1938 in Kearney Twp, the daughter of Emil and Lyla (Derenzy) Ritt.

Gayle lived most of her life in the Bellaire area and enjoyed working with stained glass.  She also enjoyed being outdoors camping and kayaking.  She loved animals and had a fondness for her Boston terrier’s too.  She liked to visit her lifelong friends and was a member of The Church of Latter Day Saints in East Jordan.

She is survived by her son Jeffrey Gregory of Bellaire.  She was preceded in death by her son Brad Gregory, her parents, and brothers Don and Dan Ritt.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 22, at 1 p.m. at the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with Pastor James Hagler officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until the time of service.  Interment will follow in Flewelling Cemetery, Kearney Twp.
