Ethan Christian Russell passed away unexpectedly on March 31, 2026, leaving behind a deep emptiness in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Ethan was the beloved son of Megan Crain-Dey, and a young man whose kindness, generosity, and loving spirit touched everyone around him.
Ethan had a heart that gave freely—he was caring, thoughtful, and always willing to help others. He was deeply loved by family, friends, and anyone fortunate enough to know him. His passions reflected his unique spirit: he loved all things related to coins, enjoyed gaming, and had a deep fascination with Japan and Japanese culture. His admiration for that culture was so meaningful to him that he wore a cherry blossom tattoo on his forearm, symbolizing a dream he held close to his heart-to one day travel there.
Above all else, Ethan treasured his family and friends. The love he shared with those closest to him will remain one of his greatest legacies.
He is survived by his mother, Megan; stepfather, Patrick; brother, Tyler (Caliesha); sister, Kendyl (James); grandfather, Roger; along with aunts, uncles, cousins, and many others who loved him dearly.
Ethan will be missed beyond words every second of every day—and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
