Edward Buck Sr.
Edward Otis Buck Sr., passed away peacefully April 25, 2024 surrounded by family. He was born 1/29/1945 in Woodruff Wisconsin, the son of Neil & Ruth (Zienert) Buck.
Ed owned and operated E&D Cement Company in Detroit MI for several years before moving to the Bellaire area in 1983. He loved boating, canoeing, morel hunting, bowling (in his younger years), spending time with family AND, he also loved sneaking off to the casino! He loved taking the grands on 4-wheeler rides when they were younger always bringing them back sound asleep. He was a kind, gentle soul and would do just about anything for anyone.
Surviving is his daughter, Cheryl (Daryl) Witowski; his son, Billy (Rhonda) Buck; his brother David (Debbie) Buck; his sister Colleen (Dave) Dudonis; his grandchildren, Bryan Buck, Neil Buck, Randi (Nick) Grody, Bradley Buck, Everett Buck, Marissa Buck, Rachel Witowski, and Makenna Blackledge; 9 great grand-children; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Terese Buck; his son Edward Buck Jr.; his parents Neil and Ruth Buck; brothers, Bob Buck and Steve Buck;and his grandson David Buck.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
