EDDY LEE ANDERSON 56, of Mancelona, went home to be with the Lord on November 28, 2006. Eddy was born in Flint, MI., on September 28, 1950 to Ernie and Dorothy (Meeker) Anderson. He lived and attended school in Clio, MI. On November 3, 1973 he married Janice K. (Winer) Wildmo and moved to Mancelona where they had resided for the past 33 years. He attended the Bible Baptist Church in Central Lake. He worked for Shell, Willie's Wire Line Service, Steel Tank, and Dura Automotive where he retired with over 24 years of service. He was an active member of U.A.W. Local 1511, a Region 1-D CAP delegate for Michigan. He helped his community as an EMT on the ambulance. He loved bowling, bingo, playing cards, C.L.R., going to different casino's, coin collecting, crossword puzzles, but, most of all he was known for jokes he played on his family and friends. He is survived by 4 children, Craig (LaRee) Anderson of Oklahoma, Tammy (Rick) Osborne of Mancelona, Teresa (Wildmo) Koblynski of Central Lake, and Deanna Wildmo of Mancelona ; his best buddy (dog) Bo of Mancelona; 7 grandchildren, Jeremy, Andrea, and Samantha Anderson of Oklahoma, Josh Osborne of Olivet, Kayla Osborne of Mancelona, Bri Morrison of Big Rapids, and TeLee Koblynski of Central Lake; his mother Dorothy Anderson-Troyer of Mancelona; a sister Janet (Howard) Jones of Mancelona; a brother John (Melody) Anderson of Evansville, IN., brothers and sisters-in-law, Georgianna (Don) Sears of Falmouth, MI., Marie (Doug) McLaughlin of Brooklyn Park, MN., Karen (Michael) Sheets of Flushing, MI., Gloria (Ron) Hill of Burton, MI., special friend Terri Homan, many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins. Eddy was preceded in death by his wife Janice K. Anderson, father Ernie Anderson, brother Dick Anderson, grandson Keith Kobylinski, nieces Tina Jones and Kathy Anderson and stepfather Wayne Troyer. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2006 at Two p.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Pastor Jay Hartzell and Pastor Tom Hunter will officiate. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Mancelona. Visitation will take place on Friday, Dec. 1 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home and again Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of services at Two p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.
