Donald Lewis
DONALD A. LEWIS, 80, of Rapid City, died on April 19, 2010 at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
