Dennis H. Clark

Dennis H. Clark,  65, of Jordan Township, passed away on July 20,  2026 at his home.

   He was born on August 11, 1960, in Bellaire, the son of Milton Wade and Dorthea (Eggers) Clark.

   Dennis was an electrician for many years, then upon retirement he became an ordained pastor.   For the past 4 years he was pastor of the Pleasant Valley Free Methodist Church.   Prior to that he was associate pastor with the church.

   His main priority in life was Serving the Lord.   His passion was helping those in need through his prison ministry KERYX.

   On March 20, 2008, in Boyne City, he married Cynthia M. VanVolkenburg who survives.   Also surviving are a blended family of 5 children, 2 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter as well as his father, one brother and one sister.

   He was preceded in death by his mother.

   A private graveside service will take place at Dunsmore Cemetery, Echo Township.

   A public memorial service will be Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Valley Free Methodist Church with Pastor Tom Doughty officiating.
