Daniel Lee Cook

Daniel L. Cook, 66, of Central Lake, passed away April 6, 2023, at his home.  Dan was born April 20, 1956 in Almont, Michigan to Donald Cook and Erma Dolley. 

Dan was a local handyman the last 20 years, but over the years he also worked on Oil Rigs, at Auto Bodies, and on the farm for McDowells.  He was an avid motorcycle rider. 

Dan was survived by his three daughters, Melissa Lewis of Bellaire, Monica Ingersoll-Cook of Central Lake, and Danielle Lent-Cook of East Jordan, his ex-wife and best friend Melinda Cook-Lewis, his twin sister Diane, nine grandchildren, Cali, Haylie, Natalie, Taryn, Trentyn, Brooklyn, Dayton, Geri, and JJ.  As well as his beloved Siberian Husky Roger. 

A Celebration of Life for "Dan the Man" will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023 (on his birthday) beginning at 2:00 p.m. until we're done, at 8157 West Cedar St., Central Lake, MI 49622.
