Let us all remember Cort, who passed away peacefully on March 25th at his home in Charlevoix, MI. Born on January 1, 1952, he grew up in Brookfield, IL attending Brookfield Riverside High School and graduating from University of Illinois- Champagne Urbana with a Bachelor in Business.
He raised his family in La Grange, IL and is survived by his loving wife Debra and son Brandon. He remained closely connected to his fraternity brothers at Sigma Alpha Epsilon and never passed up the opportunity to listen to live music performances. Throughout his career at Flexivan, he loved golf outings with his colleagues.
He requested for his ashes be spread with his grandparents in Greenwood, IL and for those closest to share a good meal in his memory.
In Lieu of flowers, Cort desired kindness be spread and to donate to those in need.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rayder Den, 05200 Marion Center Rd., Charlevoix, MI 49720.
