Coral Sington

Coral P. Sington, 97 of Bellaire passed away peacefully January 29, 2020.

She was born November 4, 1922 in Detroit, one of 4 daughters of John and Susan (Young) Corliss.  Her sisters Darryl Stiles, Paula Owens, and Barbara Ginotti all preceded her in death.  Also preceding her in death was the love of her life, who she shared 67 wonderful years of marriage with, Homer W. Sington, in 2013.

Surviving are her children Penny (David) Neef of Virginia, Mark Sington of Kalkaska, Bruce Sington of California, Shelly (Hal) Pisors of California, Jim (Susan) Sington of California, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Coral was kind, considerate, and an avid volunteer.  She was also a dedicated member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Elk Rapids.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 17th at 11 a.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Elk Rapids.  Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery, Bellaire.
