Cindy Trowbridge
Cindy Sue Trowbridge, 69, of Bellaire, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025, with her family at her side. She was born on February 24, 1956, in Saginaw, the daughter of ArVe and Temperance (Phillips) Sheppard.
A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
