Cecil LeRoy Hauser

Cecil LeRoy Hauser, 85 of Mancelona and formerly of Alba, died peacefully September 21, 2022 at Medilodge of Grand Traverse County.  He was born January 31, 1937 in Red House, Maryland the son of Homer and Hazel (Roth) Hauser.  

Cecil proudly served in the United States Air Force for over 21 years and retired from there too.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting and boating.

On February 12, 1972, in Oakland, MD he married Karoline "Kay" (Keller) Hauser who survives.  Also surviving are 2 sons, Johnathon Hauser of CA and Rodney Hauser of Kalkaska, 3 grandsons, Josh and Jacob Hauser and Dylan Hayes.  

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 2 p.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of service.  Graveside services with military honors will follow in Star Township Cemetery, Alba.
