Carolyn Williams

Carolyn “Big Momma” Williams,  65, of Charlevoix, passed away on April 21, 2019 at Boulder Park Terrace in Charlevoix.

Carolyn was born on May 9, 1953, in Jackson, MS.

Carolyn was a Petoskey Club member for several years where she served on the Board.  She enjoyed blues music, cooking and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by a son Maurice (Nicki) Williams of Charlevoix, 4 grandchildren, Malcom, Danzzle, Kylie and Sharice Williams, 2 brothers, Johnny Spann, Freddie Hampton and a sister Mary Hampton.

No services will be held in Charlevoix.  Carolyn will be taken to Mississippi in the near future to be buried with her family.

Arrangements are being handled by the Winchester Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
