Beverly Sue Evans

Beverly S. Evans,  77, of Central Lake, passed away on January 22, 2026.

   She was born on February 23, 1948 in Cadillac, MI, the daughter of Rheo and Mary Gillmore.

   She was employed with Texas Instruments and Armor Express in Central Lake for several years, and loved flower gardening, baking and fishing.

   In 1971, she married Robert A. Evans who survives.   Also surviving are a son Jamie Evans of Central Lake, a brother Gary (Sandy) Gillmore of Fife Lake, MI, sister Claudina Cowherd of Fife Lake, MI, and 7 grandchildren.

   Preceding her in death were her son Tom Evans and her parents.

   No services are planned.

   Burial will take place in Dunsmore Cemetery, Echo Township when weather permits.

   Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice.

   Arrangements are in the care of the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
