Alexis Antinossi-Beard

Alexis Antinossi-Beard, 69, of Charlevoix, passed away November 29^th, 2023 at home.  She was born November 13^th, 1954 in Detroit, the daughter of Armando and Anna (Lund) Antinossi.

Alexis was an extremely creative and talented artist.  She made jewelry, painted with acrylics, watercolors, and was constantly experimenting with other mediums.  She loved photography; specifically taking pictures of lighthouses, and she would chase storms to get that perfect shot.

Alexis’ favorite title was Nana.  Her grandchildren were her truest pride and joy. Taking special care of each of them earned her the title of  “Chaos Coordinator”.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph Beard and their sweet dog Snow.

She has left behind a beautiful legacy of children & grandchildren.  Sarah (Mike Michanowicz) Antinossi, Margaret, Liam, Mikey; Melissa (Bo Guntermann) Sayers, Sage, Camden, Carter, Alexis; Rebecca Hosler, Isabella; Ariane Polena, Alex, Parker, Sophia, Grace; Kersten Polena, Enzo, Grayson; Caitlin Donnelly, Zaryah, Scarlet (Buggy); Kaleigh (Zach) Shepard, Amelia;

She is also survived by her brother Nik Antinossi; sisters Kristen (Chris) Sassak; Rene (Henry) Ziaja; Dominique Antinossi; and many deeply loved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Andre Antinossi.

Alexis’ family has chosen to celebrate her life privately.
