Adam C. Riter

Adam C. Riter, 37 of Fargo, ND and formerly of Bellaire, passed away June 7, 2023.

   He was born on June 19, 1985, in Traverse City, the son of Carl Riter and Cindy Eberlein.

   Adam served our country in the U.S. Army for 5 years.   Following his military service, he worked in auto sales and then most recently metal manufacturing.

   Surviving are his 2 daughters, Madison Cikity of San Diego, CA, Alivia Homan of Mancelona, 2 brothers, Michael (Susana) Riter of Suffolk, VA, Patrick Riter of Charlevoix, his mother Cindy (Ken) Osaer of Stanwood, MI,  his father, Carl Riter of Boyne City, grandmother Shirley Eberlein and a niece Abigail Riter.

   Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents Arnold and Lorena Riter and his maternal grandfather Melvin Eberlein.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, June 19th at 4 pm at the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with the family receiving friends from 3 pm until the time of service.   Pastor Gary Bekkering will officiate.    Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bellaire.

   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family or send a card with heartfelt words of comfort.
